Customer service is very important to us so if you have any problems with your purchase drop us a line and we’ll help put to the best of our ability.

Damages:
we do our best to make sure all orders are well packed but sometimes records do get damaged. in the unlikely event of this happening drop us a message and we will seat a claim on your behalf with the local postal service (who are very good). just keep the packing and recording we’ll sort out the rest.

We don’t ship on a saturday or a Monday as weekends are for drinking cider and listening to music.

Returns:
was do make mistakes , nobody is perfect . if you have an issue, please message us first before leaving negative feedback & opening a Paypal dispute 
we do accept returns, On the rare occasion that a return is required & it’s our fault then we will cover the cost of the return . if it’s a customer error then the customer must cover the return costs 

cancelling orders:
if you cancel and order once you’ve paid for it I’m happy to refund you minus the PayPal Costs and these do not get refunded to me
if you cancel and order once i’ve printed off the postage label then I’ll be unable to refund the order as the local postal company wont refund once the label is in their system .

special instructions :
if you have any special instructions for the delivery driver (ie safe drop off point, leave with neighbour etc) please let me know so I can pop it on the parcel

offers: feel free to contact me by pm about making an offer on something specific. always happy to talk turkey . 



Generic covers;
i’ve had a few issues with the term “generic” cover. Please note this will mean either a plain white card or paper cover . 

Postage costs:
I ship from the Channel Islands so my postage cost are higher than if I were shipping from the uk. costs do include the mailer & stiffener .
